After years of watching some of the old school places close, it was exciting to find so many new options. Some of the newer places are using Southern Pride or Ole Hickory smokers, but one of the new spots still used the aquarium-style smoker, which places like Lem's, Uncle J's, and Honey 1 BBQ still use. If anyone has questions about the picks, I'd be happy to answer. I went to 18 different places, so I have a lot of opinions on the matter. Here's my top 6. 1.
