I am continually disappointed when I get brisket anywhere except mission bbq oddly enough. There’s isn’t the best and sometimes it’s dry but it is majority of the time pretty ok. Granted I live in PA and we aren’t known for our great bbq.

Mission bbq employees have to sign the national anthem on a regular basis. I think hourly.

If you ever go to Savannah GA there is Service Brewing, which is the epitome of this. They sell you carbonated cold piss but they get people to show up because they're supporting the troops. There is a BBQ chain called Mission BBQ that does something similar but with BBQ.

It's ok at best. I've eaten at several Mission BBQ's. Their sauces are awesome because they are necessary.
